PAANO BUMILI NGA BAHAY SA BELLA VISTA VILLAGE?
Step 1 - Kontakin kami para masamahan namin kayo sa pagbisita ng location. Magdala ng ID at 1 mo. Payslip or Job Contract or ITR or other Proof of Income para ma-evaluate ang inyong gross income.
Step 2 - Kapag nagustuhan ninyo ang bahay, pumili ng block at lot number.
Step 3 - Maaring puntahan ang actual location ng Block and Lot No. na napili ninyo.
Step 4. - Magfill-up ng Reservation Form sa Developer's Office.
Step 4 – I-interviewhin kayo at e-evalaute ng taga Pag-ibig or Sales Office regarding terms of payment.
Step 5 – Kapag na-evaluate na, bayaran ang Reservation Fee na Php10,000.00 sa Cashier's Office ng Developer.
Step 6 - Isubmit ang complete requirements within 7 days.
Step 7 - Mag-umpisang bayaran ang amortization kapag natake-out na ang loan sa Pag-ibig. Estimated ay 4-6 months mula ng mag-reserve kayo. Tatawagan kayo ng Developer.
Step 8 – Kapag natake-out na or ang loan proceeds sa Pag-ibig ay nasa Developer na, maari na kayong lumipat sa bahay.
Step 9 – Maglaan ng Php7,000 para sa pag-apply ng Meralco at Php3,500 para sa tubig.
Step 10 – Kung ang Meralco meter na i-aapply ninyo ay yong LOAD Type, walang bayad ang pag-install neto. Tubig installation na lang ang babayaran ninyo.
KAILAN MAKALIPAT SA BAHAY?
1. Kapag natake-out (na-release) na ang loan proceeds sa Pag-ibig, maari na kayong lumipat sa bahay.
Tatawagan kayo ng Developer’s Office para malaman ninyo.
2. Ang estimated time ng pag-process ng loan ay 4-6 months mula ng maisubmit ng kompleto ang mga requirements.
